WHAT IS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT?
Property management is the administration of residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate. Managing properties includes maintenance and supervision of your property. The property manager acts on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating income. We deal directly with potential clients saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues and responding to tenant complaints. Our team and business partners guarantee quality and professional service, to create feeling of satisfaction and safeness.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We offer you three kinds of packages:

SILVER PACKAGE (50€/per month)

• key holding (we keep your key safe and on your written confirmation we show property to potential clients)
• inspect for damage, exterior and interior, once a month (once a month we make a tour of your property to check if everything is alright)
• collecting mail and paying bills (each month we collect your non personal mail and pay bills for that month)
• arranging repairs if needed (if something needs to be fixed, we will arrange reparation)
• administration services (any additional service can be made by agreement)
• monthly report on your property (each month we send you report on your property, describing inspection that was made together with pictures of interior and exterior)

GOLD PACKAGE (100€/per month)
SILVER PACKAGE+

• inspection for damage, two times a month (we will inspect your property two times a month and send you report about it)
• inspection of your property after bad weather (if bad weather happens, we will check if everything is alright with your property and make sure that no damage is done)
• testing appliances (gas, electricity, lightning, to make sure everything works properly)
• checking water pipelines (running water form pipelines to prevent bursting or freezing during cold weather)
• rental and maintenance (rent your property when you're not using it, we'll do whole process on you behalf, covering every service required)

PLATINUM PACKAGE (150€/per month)
SILVER PACKAGE+GOLD PACKAGE

• care and control of enviroment around your property (gardening, sweeping, watering plants, cleaning pools,...)
• airport transfer (arranging transfer to your property from airport for you or your guests)
• security and survelliance (weekly or monthly security control on your property, maintenance of your alarm system if you have one, examination for damage, break down, vandalism, etc., possibility of hiring a private security company)
• car rental
